Violence / Abuse
Sorry to say that Abuse is a very common trend in today’s lifestyle. It is happening everywhere and can give employees a negative feeling so a short while or for much longer periods causing stress and discomfort if not tackled or seen to be tackled.
We talk to our Council clients all the time and know that this is becoming a common but abusive threat to employees.
Give your employees the TOOLS to log all abuse incidents quickly and effectively.
Every employee will have login access to the ABUSE application. The system provides a straightforward form for reporting incidents, either immediately or after reflection. Reports can be submitted confidentially if the reporter does not wish their manager or colleagues to be aware. Colleagues who witness incidents may also report them anonymously.
Investigate the Abuse Reported
A selection of graphs is supplied with the system. This will enable you to identify exactly how many abuses are evident within the Council and it will also show you the different types of abuse happening.
Each abuse is very different in the way it takes place and this information will aid you in combating each type of abuse, be a member of the public or even a manager/supervisor.
Simply select which graph you require and once selected you can then drill down from overall information to fine detail.
We also use PowerBi to produce the graphs from our API. If you are using Powerbi then you can produce your own graphs.
