FLEXIBLE:

Our system is dynamically flexible. If you want only the required information while still capturing the detail that matters. Answers can automatically trigger follow-up questions, so users only see what’s relevant to them.

This minimises data entry, removes all the unnecessary “Not Applicable” and ensures users complete what matters.

PART OF BODY:

Which part of the body was affected? Instead of the tedious task of scrolling through a long list of body parts, users simply click on the affected areas directly on a body image – quick, intuitive, and accurate.

PHOTOS:

Photos of the accident and even what caused are features which add to the accuracy of the information. It is also additional proof and helps future controls to be implemented. Photos can also be used for any litigation which occurs.

AUTOMATIC EMAILS:

Once the information is uploaded, automatic emails are sent to the relevant personnel and management. This provides Managers with key information where they can take the appropriate actions.

MOBILE DATA:

With smartphone access, your staff can initiate the accident process immediately – on the spot – without the need for phone calls or chasing down the right contact. Ideal for Managers who have Council issued smartphones.

72 Hour Investigation Rule:

Were the accident details entered correct? Using the 72-hour rule, the system prompts managers to review each accident to ensure all details are accurate and complete. They can add additional information to support potential litigation, assess whether immediate action is required, and identify any longer-term solutions needed to prevent recurrence.

ACTION CREATION:

In some cases specific actions to solve the issue can be created and managed effectively on the accident solution. Highlight any overdue actions that are causing significant concern, as this demonstrates to the HSE that the issue was known but not resolved in a timely manner.

GRAPHICAL ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION

Eight standard graphs are included on the Accident Solution. Selecting any one graph will display it in full screen mode for drill down analysis.

Selecting Part of Body will display the totals by Directorate, with each one broken down by the specific body parts that were injured. You can then drill down for example, into Schools and the graph will update to show the same breakdown for each type of school (e.g., Primary). Drilling down further will display the corresponding information for each individual school.
